All sales are final

Every item on dhoptcg.com — including made-to-order and custom-configured pieces — is printed specifically to fill orders as they come in. Because of this, we don't accept returns or exchanges for reasons like a wrong size guess, a change of mind, or ordering the wrong part for your setup.

Please double check compatibility, dimensions, and color before checking out. If you're unsure whether a part fits your vending machine or card storage setup, reach out before ordering — we're glad to answer any questions via support@dhoptcg.com.

The one exception: manufacturing defects

If your item arrives damaged, warped, mis-printed, or otherwise doesn't match its listing, that's on us — and we'll make it right at no cost to you.

Covered as a defect

  • Layer separation, cracking, or warping affecting fit or function
  • Missing or incorrectly printed components from your order
  • Item arrives broken due to a print or packaging failure

Not covered as a defect

  • Damage from drops, misuse, or improper installation after delivery
  • Normal wear from regular use over time

Reporting a defect

Contact us within 14 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue. This lets us verify the defect quickly and get a replacement moving without back-and-forth.

How it works

 
Email us with the details

Order number, which item is affected, and 1–3 photos showing the defect clearly.

 
We review the claim

Most claims are confirmed within 1–2 business days from the photos alone — no need to ship anything back yet.

 
Replacement or refund, your choice

Once confirmed, we'll print and ship a replacement part, or refund your order to the original payment method — whichever you'd prefer.

 
Return shipping, if needed

If we need the original part back for quality review, we'll send a prepaid shipping label. You won't pay out of pocket for a confirmed defect.

Refund method

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank or card provider, it can take a few extra business days to appear on your statement after we process it.
